SARA ASHWORTH

Who Am I?
Sara is a dedicated coach and mentor with a lifelong passion for fitness, yoga, and massage therapy. With a master’s degree in movement therapy from UCLA and certifications in yoga and massage therapy, Sara has developed a holistic approach to health and wellness. Currently completing her NASM personal training certification, she combines her expertise in movement, mindfulness, and therapeutic practices to help women achieve their health and fitness goals.
Over her career, Sara has had the privilege of working in fitness centers, yoga studios, and private homes, tailoring her programs to meet the unique needs of each client. She is committed to empowering women to feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
When not coaching, Sara enjoys spending quality time with her grown sons, Kyle and Brady. She also loves exploring the outdoors, whether at the beach or on hiking trails, attending live music events, and discovering new restaurants. Sara looks forward to helping more women find balance, strength, and resilience through her integrative approach to wellness.
